FREE Shipping?

We offer fast and free shipping on all Canadian orders placed on Ecohealth-ca.com over $99 before tax (shipping costs apply on international orders).

Shipping on all orders under $99 is only $9.95.

So for orders that travel to
Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut the free shipping threshold is $129.00.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. You can typically expect to receive your order within 5 business days.

Estimated Shipping times are for major urban centers and based on business days. Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days. If you live outside the area of a major urban centre please add an additional 1 - 2 days shipping time.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been "Completed" Canada Post will send you a shipment tracking email. In it, you are provided the Canada Post tracking number to track your order. Ensure you check your junk mail folder and add Canada Post to your allowed email list if you find you are not getting the emails sent directly to your inbox. Canada Post sends you the estimated delivery date! This way you can plan in advance what day Canada Post will be there to drop off your Vitamart.ca products.

Is my package lost or delayed?

I checked my tracking number and...It hasn't been updated in a few days and it shows the package is just sitting there?

Not necessarily. In some instances there is a delay between when the scanning of your item occurs and when that information is presented in the Canada Post tracking tool. While the tracking tool does provide progress of items in transit to their destination, the main purpose of the Canada Post tracking tool is to provide confirmation of delivery.

It says my package has been "Delivered Successfully", but nothing has arrived?

If the Canada tracking information shows the order has been delivered  be sure to check everywhere -- occasionally, carriers will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item as returned to us, contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have attempted to deliver it but been unsuccessful, or the carrier may have lost it.
In situations like this sometimes Canada Post accidentally dropped it off at a neighbors' house and it takes the neighbor a day or two to drop it off at your house.

If it has been more than 3 days after the Expected Delivery Date (as shown in your Canada Post delivery tracking/delivery email) then definitely give us a call and we will put a trace on your package.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

It is up to the driver's discretion whether to leave a Canada Post Delivery Notice Card when delivering your order or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep or with a building manager or doorman. If the driver feels it is best not to leave the package at the delivery location he/she will leave a Delivery Notice Card. The Card will say exactly which Canada Post outlet your package is waiting at, when you can pick it up and how long it will be held for. If you fail to pick it up within the allotted time on the Card the package will be returned as "undeliverable" and you should get a full refund. These undeliverable orders will not be resent. A new order must be placed.

Do you ship to addresses outside of Canada?

In addition to all Canadian provinces and territories we also ship to the United States and select international locations.

Do you ship to PO Boxes

Yes, we ship to all Canadian PO Boxes. In the near future we hope to expand this service to other countries.

8. What do you charge for shipping an order?

We offer Super Saver shipping for Free on all orders over $99 (before tax) and only $9.95 for orders under $99. Expedited, XpressPost and Purolator shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and are available for you to choose at the time of checkout.

What are your shipping charges for returning an order?

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer who has decided they would like to return the products. If it was our mistake with regards to the shipment we will absolutely incur the shipping costs, no questions asked. Click here for More About Our Return Policy
